YOGA with Lucy
Our evening Yoga classes are a wonderful chance to re-centre yourself and take some much needed time to focus on you. We teach vinyasa Yoga, focusing on using the breath as we move. Our classes help with improving strength and flexibility to your body, and teach ways of relaxing and letting go of every day stresses. Yoga is a fantastic way of helping with anxiety, stress, sleep deprivation and worry. We teach breathing techniques and relaxation methods that you can use in every day life, and offer a very special and calming section at the end of our class for total relaxation under warm blankets. Bliss!
Wear comfortable clothing and we recommend you bring a jumper
for the relaxation section. We provide mats, blocks and blankets.
No booking required, just turn up!
