Our Pregnancy Yoga classes are designed to safely and gently move and stretch your body while it’s changing to grow your baby. Our classes are also unique due to the birth preparation we include - we talk about labour and birth frequently and teach fantastic breathing techniques and positions to help you have a calm and comfortable birthing experience. In May 2018 Lucy had an incredible and calm Home-birth and puts this down to the tools she has learnt through Pregnancy Yoga training.
